Small differences between the website image and the physical artwork or print are not considered defects.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times depend on the shipping provider, destination, customs processing, weather, postal disruptions, and other factors outside my direct control.
I use third-party shipping providers such as Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Purolator, DHL, or other courier services where appropriate.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider, I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, postal interruptions, or other events outside my control. However, I will do my best to assist with tracking or carrier claims where possible.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

You may not copy, reproduce, scan, photograph for reproduction, distribute, sell, resell images of, alter, license, mint as an NFT, use for artificial intelligence training, use for merchandise, use for marketing, or otherwise commercially exploit any artwork or website content without prior written permission from Helga Wild Art.
This applies to original artworks, prints, website images, social media images, product photos, portfolio images, and commission previews.
