3. Products and Artwork

Products available on this website may include:

• original artworks;

• art prints;

• limited edition prints;

• commissioned artworks;

• custom artworks;

• digital products, if offered;

• other art-related products or services.

Each original artwork is one-of-a-kind unless clearly stated otherwise.

I do my best to describe each artwork and product accurately, including size, materials, medium, price, and availability. However, small variations may occur, especially with handmade artwork, texture, colour, paper, canvas, framing, or print production.

4. Colour and Image Accuracy

​

I make reasonable efforts to photograph and present artworks and prints as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, device, lighting, and display calibration.

Small differences between the website image and the physical artwork or print are not considered defects.

5. Pricing and Currency

​

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time without notice.

The final price shown at checkout or confirmed before purchase may include applicable taxes, shipping fees, packaging costs, or other clearly disclosed charges.

I aim to present pricing as clearly as possible and avoid hidden mandatory fees.

6. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be charged depending on the product, customer location, legal requirements, and sales platform used.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges required by their destination country for international orders.

7. Payment

Payment must be received before an order is processed or shipped.

Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit card, PayPal, Wix Payments, Stripe, Square, e-transfer, or other methods made available at checkout or agreed in writing.

Helga Wild Art does not intentionally store full credit card information. Payment information is usually processed securely through third-party payment providers.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if payment is not received, payment fails, fraud is suspected, or incorrect information has been provided.

8. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email or through the website platform.

An order is not considered fully accepted until payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

If an artwork or product becomes unavailable after purchase due to error, inventory issue, duplicate sale, or another unexpected problem, I will contact you and provide a reasonable solution, such as a refund, replacement option, or alternative arrangement.

9. Shipping and Delivery

​

Shipping and delivery are governed by the separate Shipping & Returns Policy available on this website.

Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times depend on the shipping provider, destination, customs processing, weather, postal disruptions, and other factors outside my direct control.

I use third-party shipping providers such as Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Purolator, DHL, or other courier services where appropriate.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider, I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, postal interruptions, or other events outside my control. However, I will do my best to assist with tracking or carrier claims where possible.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

​

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, lost packages, and related issues are governed by the separate Shipping & Returns Policy available on this website.

In general:

• original artworks may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in the Shipping & Returns Policy;

• prints, made-to-order items, custom products, and commissions are generally final sale unless damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law;

• customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on my part or another situation required by law;

• approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method.

Please review the Shipping & Returns Policy before placing an order.

11. Commissions and Custom Artwork

​

Commissioned and custom artworks may be subject to separate written terms, including details about:

• concept and scope;

• size and materials;

• price;

• deposit;

• payment schedule;

• timeline;

• revision process;

• approval stages;

• cancellation terms;

• usage rights;

• shipping or delivery.

Deposits for commissioned artworks may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project and the amount of work already completed.

Commissioned or custom artworks are generally final sale once approved and completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All artworks, images, designs, photographs, text, branding, graphics, product descriptions, and website content are owned by Helga Wild Art or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an original artwork, print, commission, or other product gives you ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, commercial rights, or any other intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, scan, photograph for reproduction, distribute, sell, resell images of, alter, license, mint as an NFT, use for artificial intelligence training, use for merchandise, use for marketing, or otherwise commercially exploit any artwork or website content without prior written permission from Helga Wild Art.

This applies to original artworks, prints, website images, social media images, product photos, portfolio images, and commission previews.

13. Personal Use of Purchased Artwork

When you purchase original artwork or a print, you may display it for personal, private, or decorative purposes.

You may not use purchased artwork or prints for commercial purposes without written permission. This includes use in business branding, advertising, product packaging, merchandise, publications, digital products, social media campaigns, or promotional materials.
